By accessing virtualdevtools.digital or commissioning services from Virtual DevTools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our practice.

Services described

Content on this site describes professional assessment and advisory work related to feature utilization and workspace activity in developer tools. Descriptions are informational. A separate statement of work or engagement letter governs paid work and prevails over marketing copy if they differ.

No professional guarantee of outcomes

Assessments provide analysis and recommendations based on materials you supply and sessions we conduct. We do not guarantee specific product results, adoption lifts, or business outcomes. You remain responsible for decisions you make after a readout.

Intellectual property

Website text, design, and original materials are owned by Virtual DevTools unless otherwise noted. Reports delivered under an engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use. You may not republish our reports or site content as your own without written permission. Client data and exports remain the client’s property.

Acceptable use of the site

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, submit malicious content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Virtual DevTools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from reliance on free informational content. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the engagement letter, and otherwise capped at fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Jeollabuk-do shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the website, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
